Then Kamoshida admits that because Ann refused to sleep with him, he decided to make her best friend take her place.
Ann about gives up at that moment, sinking into guilt and misery because of what Kamoshida had done, and blaming herself.
Akira encourages her to fight back, and it's at that moment that she finds her persona, and makes a contract with Carmen. Ann rips off her mask, and makes Kamoshida's underlings pay while he runs away. This includes the fight that happens after it.
